SCHOOL LUNCHES

Empact Group serves over 14 000 meals to 40 different education institutions around South Africa. We avoid any and all artificial, unhealthy and unnecessary preservatives when preparing meals, only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients are used in our kitchens. Our teams of highly skilled and experienced chefs, nutritionists and dieticians, make sure that your students and staff enjoy a selection of nutritious and delicious dishes to choose from.

UNIVERSITY & COLLEGE RESTAURANTS

We offer exceptional meals whereby students can easily access fresh and healthy food across a wide range of cuisines and dietary preferences. We provide homely meals for those that are away from home so that they can concentrate on being the best that they can be.

NUTRITION & DIETETICS

We have a single-minded commitment to building strong bodies and sharp minds. Built around a carefully developed Food and Nutrition Philosophy, we offer a diverse, balanced menu, full of fresh ingredients, mouth-watering recipes, and wholesome snacks. Our chefs prepare foods from fresh ingredients, avoiding artificial colours, flavourants, M.S.G. (monosodium glutamate), preservatives and trans fats. Chefs also buy only quality-graded meats and make every effort to use seasonal fruits and vegetables grown by local farmers.

FUN IN FOOD

Our ‘Putting Fun Back into Food”  ’programme, a series of fun-filled, interactive events, encourages pupils to be aware of the importance and benefits of healthy eating.
